Unfortunately for X925, several tests require many more instructions to complete with the aarch64 instruction set compared to x86-64. Arm needs a large enough IPC advantage to overcome both a clock speed deficit and a less efficient representation of the work. Cortex X925 does achieve high IPC, but it’s not high enough.
